Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at trihemltd@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.
