Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at trihemltd@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
- Pack your item(s) securely and drop off at your nearest shipping point.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us at trihemltd@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at trihemltd@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items, where we will cover the return shipping cost.
